Legal Services
As part of CLIC's mission to explore, clarify and expand our understanding of constitutional principles, CLIC is committed to using strategic advocacy as a tool to accomplish that mission. This commitment extends to intervening before all Canadian courts in public and private law matters.
We will place on this site various legal memoranda for cases we are involved with, and items that were referenced in those memoranda that are not otherwise easily available.
